Pre-Order Policy

Overview

At YESEALED, we offer pre-order opportunities for selected products to help collectors secure upcoming releases before they become available. This Pre-Order Policy explains the terms and conditions that apply to all pre-order purchases.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is an order placed for a product that has not yet been released or is not currently available for immediate shipment.

Pre-order products will be shipped after the official release date and once inventory has been received by YESEALED.


Pre-Order Availability

  • Pre-order availability is subject to manufacturer supply and distributor allocation.

  • Release dates provided on product pages are estimates and may change.

  • YESEALED is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, shipping carriers, or circumstances outside our control.


Payment for Pre-Orders

  • Payment is required at the time the pre-order is placed unless otherwise stated.

  • By completing a pre-order purchase, you authorize YESEALED to process payment for the order.

  • Prices may not be changed after an order has been confirmed unless required due to an obvious pricing error.


Shipping of Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as possible after the product is released and received in our inventory.

  • If an order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order may be shipped together after all items become available unless otherwise specified.

  • Separate shipping charges may apply if items are requested to be shipped separately.


Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be canceled before the item has entered the shipping process.

Once a pre-order has been prepared for shipment, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.


Pre-Order Returns & Refunds

Pre-order items are subject to our standard Return and Refund Policy.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unopened and in their original condition.

  • Return requests must be submitted within the applicable return period.

  • Proof of purchase may be required.


Product Allocations

In rare cases, manufacturers or distributors may reduce the quantity of products available to retailers.

If YESEALED cannot fulfill your pre-order due to supply limitations, we will notify you and provide an appropriate solution, including a full refund when necessary.
